Baytown Village

To top of page Shears Companies is planning to develop a 50,000 square foot shopping center on Garth Road in Baytown, Texas. Across the street from Target and Wal-Mart. The lead Tenant will be Office Depot.
   
Cypresswood Commons
To top of page Shears Companies is planning to develop a 10 acre Tract of Land for Retail use at the Northwest corner of I-45 and Cypresswood in Houston, Texas. The Project will have approximately 80,000 sq. ft. of Retail Space and Three pad-sites. The project is adjacent to Home Depot and Lowes. Office Depot has entered into a Letter of Intent for 28,000 sq. ft.
   
Bellaire, Texas

Plans are underway to begin the Redevelopment of the five acres on the Southwest corner of Bellaire Blvd. and South Rice, in Bellaire, Texas.

This has been the home of Bank of America and all of its Descendants since the 1960s. The Redevelopment will be for high end Retail users.

   
Medical Center
To top of page Shears Companies has entered into a Letter of Intent to develop approximately 20,000 square feet of Medical/Office Space for the Multiple Sclerosis Society. The Building will be open by January 1, 2,000.
   
Portland, Texas
To top of page Shears/Delery Interest is under contract for approximately 20 acres of land in Portland, Texas, next to the Proposed Wal-Mart Supercenter. Plans are to develop approximately 10,000 square feet of Retail space.
   
Austin, Texas
To top of page Shears Companies is under contract to develop 16 acres at the Northwest Corner of FM 620 and Hwy. 71 in the Austin, Texas Market. This development is directly across from the new Wal-Mart Supercenter.
